1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Drake Mobile Fueling's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Drake Mobile Fueling provides mobile fuel delivery services within a 20-mile radius of our service center in Acworth, GA. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location outside our coverage area or at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and service area coverage
  • Payment is due at the time of order placement
  • Prices are subject to change based on current fuel market rates
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, or other factors beyond our control

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before a driver is dispatched. Once a driver is en route, cancellations may not be possible and partial charges may apply. Refunds for completed deliveries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — please contact us within 24 hours.

5. Membership

Household memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused membership time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your vehicle is accessible and safe for fueling upon arrival
  • Provide accurate vehicle and location information
  • You are responsible for ensuring the correct fuel type is selected for your vehicle

7. Limitation of Liability

Drake Mobile Fueling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

9. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to SMS communications with Drake Mobile Fueling, you agree to the following terms:

  • You consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages at the mobile number you provided
  • Opting in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
  • You may request help by replying HELP to any message
  • We do not sell, share, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties
